    Founded in 1999 Cheshire Surveys Ltd is a small, family-run firm offering a friendly, courteous, efficient and professional service carrying out land and measured building surveys as well as providing site setting out services.

    We operate mainly in Cheshire, Merseyside, South Manchester and North Wales and we are based out of an office in rural Great Barrow, Chester at the Barrowmore Enterprise Estate.

    Equipped for the Job

    All our surveyors are fully equipped with the up-to-date modern survey equipment to ensure we offer the best service possible both efficiently and to a high quality.

    We use modern Leica robotic 1 man total stations, Leica “Smartnet” GPS systems and Leica RTC360 laser scanners as well as update survey software including N4ce Pro (by Applications in CAD); Leica Cyclone and CloudWorx and AutoCAD LT and AutoCAD.

    Our measured building and elevation surveys can assist when development and maintenance work is being carried out on your property.

    Topographical Surveys

    We work to a standard survey specification as recommended by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)

    Garden Design Surveys

    We work with garden designers and landscape architects to provide topographical surveys which they can use as part of their design process.

    Volumetric Surveys

    We provide standard volume surveys as well as 3D modelling of volume calculations.

    GPS has a particular advantage to provide centimetre accuracy over a large area or where the line of sight is an issue.
